• LiveLines UK was formed by Managing Director Joanne Jones in 1996.
• LiveLines UK became the first independent provider in Live Adult 121 chat for Datapro Services Ltd.
• LiveLines UK became the first independent provider to advertise in regional press.
• In 2001 LiveLines UK became a Limited company.
• In 2003 LiveLines UK became a Service Provider for Live Adult 121 chat.
• In 2003 LiveLines UK gained an ICSTIS live licence for Live Adult 121 chat.
• In 2006 LiveLines UK formed the SMS service in conjunction with BCH Digital Ltd.
• In 2007 LiveLines UK formed the Webcam service in conjunction with BCH Digital.
