What Operators Say About Us
I am a single Mum, and taking calls on the LiveLines platform really does help me. I log on when my kids have gone to bed and take calls until I get tired. It provides me with extra money to do the things that I cannot afford with just my 9-to-5.
I’m 64, and I’ve taken calls on the platform for 4 years. Payments are always on time, and they are busy. It works great for me because it fits around my life, and I can log on and off whenever I want.
I’ve just started on the LiveLines platform; their account activation process was really easy, and I was set up quickly. Everything was efficient. I really enjoy helping people on the phone, and it’s great that I can choose the hours I want or work extra hours if I need to cover a cost.
I’m from Australia, and I’ve taken calls on LiveLines for 3 years. They are so busy, I was really shocked! I was used to receiving 2-3 calls an hour previously. The payments are on time, and if I ever need assistance with the platform, there is always a human to speak to!
At the moment, I am in uni, and before taking calls on the platform, I was strapped for cash. The service lets me log on whenever I want and receive calls on my mobile, so I’m free to log on even if I go home for the weekend. Platform support is efficient, and I am very glad I’ve found this particular platform.
